Eddie Van Halen is the legendary guitar player. He is one of the best guitar player in the world. He has a fantastic skills to play guitar. He able to create many variation of sound with the guitar but using less effect with the sound of the guitar. He join Van Halen band in the 1972 until 2007. But his career ending because of oral cancer that he got because he drink alcohol and smoking. Smoking is his style, he always smoke while playing guitar in every of his concert. That is his speciality. Not just playing guitar he also able to play piano and sing. He can sing really well and play piano like a master. 

           Eddie start his career joining the Van Halen band. In 1970's the band was not too populr but it become popular and famous in 1980's-2007. He has a brother that played drum for the Van halen band. His brother named Alex Van Halen or Alexander Arthur. He able to play drum. 

          Eddie live in netherlands and he moved with his family in 1967 to California. His family has low economy that time and he also said that he went there with 15 dollars and a piano. Eddie and Alex wanted to support their family and in the age of 6 they start to have piano and classical music lesson. But in American country they start to learn about rock and roll music. They have their first band called Mammoth, Eddie once played drum and Alex played guitar, but then they start to their intrument. Once he met a person named David Lee-roth that came from wealthy family, and they become friends and David become the lead singer and he came from a band called "Redball Jet." They also met the bassit for the band named Michael Anthony and he came from a band called "Snake." They become together and create a band called Mammoth, but then the group deciding to change the name from Mammoth to Van Halen.

       He become popular with his band. He also popular of his guitar solo called "Eruption". The song where he showed everyone his unique to play guitar. But in the late 2000 he become a heavy smoker and drinker that cause him oral cancer such as tounge cancer. Before he ends his career in 2007 he create an instrumental guitar and bassist solo with his son Wolfgang Van Halen. But although he end his career he is still legendary guitar player and his song and his solo still popular until nowadays.
