             Philip Rosseter was born in London, United Kingdom in 1567 and he was died in the same City in 1623. In 1603/1064 he was the lutenist for King James the First of England. He serve Kind James for his entire career until his own death. He also publish a book in 1609 called "Lesson for Consort", the books included his own music work and also other lutenist composer work. In year 1609 until 1617, he was managed the theatrical company called "The Whitefriars". He continued his work composing new music, printed and publishing books or music, and work for King James the First. He created a famous book called the Book of Ayres. It was created in 1601. He work together with Thomas Campion to work on this book and he also Thomas Campion's best friend. The book included Thomas Campion's music with poetic lyric and the song is accompanied with lute.
